The Los Angeles Angels had quite a bit of news over the weekend, from Robert Stephenson likely not being ready to come out of the bullpen on Opening Day to Arte Moreno not being convinced that Blake Snell would be a substantial upgrade for the team. We'll tell you about the Stephenson setback and who could possibly replace him, discuss Snell, and talk about Kole Calhoun's retirement in segment 1!

Then, the Halos took on the Dodgers in the first-ever Spring Breakout Game between the two, as prospects from both organizations took the field for this one. Caden Dana got the start and looked like a pro, and Nelson Rada impressed as well. Despite the loss, it was good to see a few bright spots within the Angels' organization. Does a game like this open the Halos' eyes to the disparities between their farm system and other teams? We'll talk all about it in segment 2!
