Today I'm chatting to @outdorswimgirl Lousie Studd about getting in the cold water every day in January for the homelessness charity Crisis.  I sat down with her to  hear all about her experiences of swimming and dipping everyday in January and to get some of the stories behind those amazing photos on her grid. We get into all things best mates, teamwork, barrel conversions and wheelie bin mediations.
