South Carolina experienced a wild ride this week as the House took up the "Help, Not Harm" bill that bans genital mutilation surgery, puberty blockers, and hormone therapy for minors. RINOs in SC tried to weaken the bill but Riley Gaines caught wind and took to X (Twitter). What happened then? Hannah discusses the fallout of Gaines Tweet and where the bill is now. According to America First Legal and Brian Craig, Target did not consider market risk nor protect their shareholders as they should have according to the Securities Exchange Act when they embarked on their now infamous May "Pride" campaign. Without the market response from consumers, Brian Craig wouldve never had a legal stance.
