Opening up for Black Label Society shredding with his band Huntress, fronted by Jill Janus (RIP) who taught me a lot about being a woman in metal that night. It was a visual and auditory feast. This woman so strong, so fierce, so unashamedly threatening, yet beautiful.

Then I saw Eli, the epitome of a greek god, up on stage that made me feel like a mere mortal out in the crowd while watching. Beautiful long hair, good looks, and intense power pouring out of him through his guitar while he was playing. I've been following his career for years ever since, and this guy does not do down time.
