About

On March 6, 2024, Hannah Gutierrez, the armeror on the set of Rust, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. She is set to be sentenced on April 15, 2024, and faces a maximum of 18 months in prison. She is currently in custody pending sentencing, though her lawyer recently filed a motion for a New Trial and release from custody. Her trial was a preview of what witnesses and lawyering we can expect from the prosecution in Alec Baldwin's trial this summer.
