Banzai Ramen, a new Japanese restaurant in Rexburg, experienced overwhelming demand during its grand opening, leading to a temporary closure to accommodate adjustments for increased production. General manager Kjell Jones, a BYU-Idaho graduate, expressed excitement for the opportunity to bring Japanese culture to the community through food, entertainment, and a second grand opening featuring free bowls and drinks.
