Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announces measures aimed at protecting renters that will be in the upcoming federal budget, including a renters’ bill of rights and legal aid fund to protect tenants. The prime minister faces questions about the concerns of several premiers about the planned carbon price hike on April 1. He is also asked about Canada being targeted by the same hacking group that attacked the United States and the United Kingdom.
