Mike Fagan is the Golf Course Superintendent at Rock Manor Golf Course, which is located in my hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. A green on Mike's course was recently vandalized where a person on a four wheeler and three of his jerk friends riding dirt bikes did spinouts and doughnuts, thus wrecking the back half of the green.
