Welcome to another episode of The Inner Man Show. Today Dylan and Shayne invite Janae Ulrich to the studio. Janae is a mother, part time radio host and the Director of the Redcliff Youth Centre located in Redcliff AB.
Janae talks about growing up in a small town and going to the youth center as a kid. What it was like to experience her own mental health issues, and how her and her husband talk, communicate and overcome mental health adversities.
