About

For our 200th episode, we cover PT Barnum's sideshow people, or "freaks," who were unique individuals with physical or medical conditions who played a vital role in his entertainment empire. Their extraordinary appearances and captivating stories drew large crowds, while Barnum aimed to promote acceptance and celebrate human differences, though criticism arose regarding his portrayal, which some viewed as perpetuating stereotypes and exploitation.

For dinner, we had fair foods, walking tacos, and Mexican street corn. For dessert, we had fried Oreos and spiked lemonade.
