Now before the Supreme Court is a petition to decide whether or not voting machines can constitutionally provide a secure and accurate vote. The top court initially dismissed the original filing in August 2022 and two months later 60% of the machines failed in the election, rejecting 7,000 ballots every half hour from 6:30 am until 8 pm. It was a disaster. Conservative attorney Kurt Olsen, representing Kari Lake and Mark Finchem, has stunning new evidence in his effort to reopen the case. Olsen discovered that lower courts relied on false statements that machines and software had been tested and certified. His new evidence shows the software was altered before both the 2020 and 2022 elections. Olsen says election officials in Arizona tested 5 spare machines that were never used in the election instead of testing actual machines used. The defendants misrepresented to the courts that machines were using approved software. Olsen says that was false. He says his evidence shows not only were they using altered software, officials were not performing required accuracy testing on machines which will still be used in the 2024 election. Olsen’s says his third discovery is that Dominion machines leave master encryption keys unprotected on the election database. Olsen says that means any malicious actor can take control of the system, insert whatever information they want and make it look like they’re official results without detection. Olsen says this is a stunning breech of security. Olsen says Dominion claims his charges are implausible. Former NSA Senior Intel Analyst Russ Tice believes someone must have something on Congressman Gallagher to convince him to work against his own party, refusing to step down before the deadline to appoint his replacement. Gallagher’s trying to make sure Republicans lose the majority as Jordan and Comer are close to having the proof they need against Joe Biden. Tice believes once the Chairmen get Biden’s emails with his phony ID’s and aliases that the National Archives are refusing to release, they will have the smoking gun on the President, if not a smoking howitzer. Tice says A.I. started in the Intel Community well over 30 years ago developed by DARPA or NSA for Intel use, later spreading to commercial applications as a way to make money from these systems. Tice says NSA’s warnings that China and Russia have a significant lead over the U.S. is propaganda. He says we always underestimate our own capabilities and overestimate our enemies. This is how the Intelligence Community gets heaps of money to build new weapons systems to compete. Tice is more worried about the Chinese coming across our borders who are probably saboteurs and spies. Tice says NSA uses various computer programs, some Congress has the ability to look into. The categories are: the acknowledged, the unaccounted and the unacknowledged. And then there’s what is called “Ghost” programs that Congress doesn’t know a thing about. Tice says the Intelligence Community has been totally compromised. It’s now politically leveraged. They fear there’s a guy coming into the White House who’s going to turn things upside down. His is an existential threat they’re facing so they’re going to pull out all the stops. Tice believes it’s going to get pretty ugly in the next 7+ months to the election and even after that. Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, Mike Benz says once “Russiagate” began, the CIA used the predicate of Russian interference in American speech platforms to get its tentacles into American speech. The CIA has a history of overthrowing foreign countries in the name of Democracy. So once disinformation was a threat to Democracy, that gave our intelligence agencies a permanent platform to censor American speech. Benz says Radio Free Europe, Radio Free Asia, Radio Free Liberty and Voice of America were all CIA radio stations and have now become politicized and weaponized. The CIA’s job is mind control and they’re literally picking sides on a U.S. election. Benz says if we’re being honest, it’s the Marxist Dem’s country. They control the courts, the tanks, the guns, they control elections by controlling whose voice is heard. And if you run against them, you’ll end up facing 91 felony charges, 700 years in prison and being bankrupted by judges at their disposal. Benz says Mitre, the largest defense contractor on the Pentagon payroll, is at the helm of U.S. censorship. They developed technology that allowed them to scan and ban millions of pro-Trump tweets. They did the same thing with Covid dissent over vaccines, mandates and lockdowns. Mitre is essentially providing censorship weaponry against U.S. citizens. Bill Barr’s job at CIA was to block Congress from getting information on Iran-Contra. He was the mop-up man for the CIA’s misdeeds while they were under Congressional scrutiny. Dr. Drew Pinsky says all kinds of terrible policies were perpetrated on the public without any concern for the risk reward of those policies during the China Virus Pandemic. House Oversight Chairman James Comer says the Biden White House and MSM are trying to say the impeachment is over. Comer says that's not the case -- impeachment is very well on the table and criminal referrals are very likely imminent for the Biden family. There's a strong sense of support to hold this family accountable. Most Republicans in the conference, if not all, believe that that Joe Biden committed impeachable offenses.
