In the ‘It Ends With Us’ Lawsuit Saga, there are allegations of violations of attorney rules of ethics. Both sides are accusing each other of making statements that could prejudice a future jury. The judge will most likely remind the attorneys of their ethical obligations.

In the Karen Reed case, the defense filed a motion regarding a video from the sally port, alleging that it was withheld from the defense at the first trial. The defense also learned that the commonwealth provided video surveillance footage after the trial that was not previously disclosed.

Keefe D's latest issue revolves around whether he has immunity from prosecution for the murder of Tupac Shakur. The judge ruled that he isn't protected due to a lack of proof of immunity deals.

Kouri Richins had a recent hearing covering evidentiary suppression, but live streaming is not allowed in the courtroom. I will cover that hearing this week.

Bryan Kohberger also had a hearing that we covered last week. The judge took everything under submission, including motions regarding investigative genetic genealogy DNA and will issue a ruling soon.
