Welcome to season 2 of Wild Wimmin the wild swimming podcast, I'm Laura Macdonald.
Today’s Wild Wimmer is Lou Jones, a swimbler and occasional serious swimmer who took her love of outdoor swimming and passion for all things green into the world of business. Lou started Sea and Stream, an online shop for swimmers with the focus on sustainability. Lou saves you time and brain space by sourcing the most sustainably made version of all your favourite swim essentials. She gives 1% of sales to environmental organisations.
You can checkout the Sea and Stream store and follow Lou on Instagram She has written several articles for Outdoor Swimmer Magazine which you can read here.
You can support the podcast by buying me a ko-fi . You can contribute to my goal of covering production costs and will be helping to shape the future of the podcast.
Please take a minute to like, subscribe and review. It helps other swimmers to find the podcast.
