The Food and Drug Administration approved the so-called Abortion Pill after years of research and extensive clinical and medical Trials. It's been used for Decades efficiently and relatively safely. The use of the Abortion Pill increased after the Supreme Court overturned Roe Versus Wade. Roe was in place for 50 years; it protected women's right to an abortion by ruling that Women have a "Right to Medical Privacy" under the Constitution! Women lost their Right to Privacy when the right-wing, Catholic, majority on the Court killed Roe. Now, Anti-Abortion Advocates are taking aim at the "Pill." And the right-wing, Catholics and religious Judges and Supreme Court Majority are ready to outlaw the Abortion Pill. The Supreme Court heard arguments Tuesday in a case that could reinstate restrictions on the abortion pill mifepristone and sharply roll back access to the drug nationwide. But the Case is Flawed. It hinges on a groups of Doctors, Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine (AHM), who say the Abortion Pill could violate the rights of doctors who do not want to perform abortions. They use a Hypothetical Argument that if a woman is having complications after taking the Abortion Pill, it would harm the Doctor's "Conscience" to treat that woman. It's a weak argument. And it sounded like the most of the Justices, even the Catholics weren't buying it. But you never know. Because the case is weak, some of the Justices helped the Anti-Abortion Lawyers during Arguments. They recommended that "Next Time" they should used the "COMSTOCK ACT OF 1873." Whick prohibits using the United States Postal Service to mail "obscene" materials. HINT-HINT! And one of the Huge problems if the Supremes rule Against the Pill and The FDA is that Other Drugs, life-saving drugs could also be Outlawed. A motion to Dismiss and Disqualify Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis was filed on January 8, 2024. After weeks of hearings allegations, and testimony, Judge Scott McAfee issued his decision on Friday, March 15. The Judge ordered that DA Willis could stay on the case, but Nathan Wade, the man she hired to be Special Prosecutor and who became her lover for a few months, had to go. It is the case that is making presidential history. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was the first to Indict a President, and now it looks like it will be the first criminal case to move forward to a trial. Jury selection is scheduled to begin on March 25. On Monday, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office asked a judge to impose a gag order on former President Donald Trump before his upcoming trial. Trump has been charged with falsifying business records related to a 2016 hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels. This case also involves Karen McDougal, a former Playboy Model, who claims she had an affair with Trump from 2006 to 2007. She received $150,000 from The National Enquirer for a story that was never published. The DA says the "Partial Gag Order is about SAFETY." Prosecutors want Trump barred from commenting on witnesses and jurors in the case. They also want him barred from directing other people to make public statements about witnesses or jurors. In a sweeping, legal rebuke, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit denied Donald Trump's appeal for Immunity from Criminal Prosecution. At least temporarily. “For the purpose of this criminal case, former President Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant,” the panel wrote. “But any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as president no longer protects him against this prosecution.” Trump’s claim that he was immune from prosecution on charges of plotting to subvert the results of the 2020 election, means he must go to trial on a criminal indictment accusing him of seeking to overturn his loss to President Biden. While this is a significant defeat, Trump is sure to Appeal to the Supreme Court.
Three of the four Trials former President Donald Trump faces this year made news last week. The Federal Election Interference Case in Washington, D.C. was delayed. Court officials are waiting for a decision from the D.C. Court of Appeals on Trump's claim that he can't be prosecuted because of Presidential Immunity. Because this was delayed, the "Pay-offs to a Porn Star" Case in New York could be back on Track. The Documents Case in Florida had a significant filing by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, who also met with the Judge. And, of course, the Georgia Election Interference Case had a deadline of last Friday. Feb. 2 on a Motion to Dismiss from three of the defendants. That Motion accused Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of being involved in an "inappropriate relationship" with one of the Special Prosecutors she hired to assist her in the case. One of Trump's co-defendants in the massive Georgia Racketeering Case is accusing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of engaging in an "Inappropriate" relationship with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom Willis hired. The co-defendant, Mike Roman, wants the charges against him dismissed. Judge Scott McAfee has scheduled a February 15 hearing on that Motion for Dismissal. That Motion to dismiss offered "No Proof" of wrongdoing. Trump quickly seized on the allegations and sent out a fundraising e-mail. And while Willis has not yet responded directly to the allegations, she did talk about the burdens of the case and the constant threats to her life and the lives of her family members. For the second time in the last nine months, Writer E. Jean Carroll Testified before a jury about being sexually assaulted by Donald Trump. But this time, she was telling her story in front of the former President, who has been found liable for attacking, harassing, and defaming her. The Jury will determine how much money to award E. Jean because Trump has already been found guilty. There was another twist to this Hearing: Trump, loudly and with flourishes of hostile "body language, made it clear how unhappy he was with the trial and the testimony. The Judge, Lewis Kaplan, made it clear that Trump needed to quiet down, or he would be thrown out of the courtroom. The trial continues tomorrow. And Trump has said he will testify himself next week. Ironically, the Iowa Caucuses are falling on the Day we all need to remember Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., A man who fought and died for racial equality and voting rights for all. All the media attention on Iowa is focused on Republicans. White Republicans. Donald Trump fans. President Biden changed how the Democratic Party holds its Primary and the Iowa Caucus. Why? He thought it would be better for the Country to focus on states representing a diverse group of Americans instead of predominately White Iowa. Biden is campaigning in South Carolina. Black voters in South Carolina helped him win the Presidency in 2020. Like it or not, Iowa is a predominately white, Christian, fundamentalist State. Iowa is 84.5 percent White. THE TRUMP TRIALS 2024 - Donald Trump is gearing up for a year of multi-tasking in 2024. He is running for President, and he is running away from 91 Felony Counts in various State and Federal Courts. In addition to the Criminal Charges, Trump is fighting to keep control of his business empire in the State of New York, and trying to defend himself in the E. Jean Carroll Defamation Case - Part Two. There are some key dates in this month alone, including a DC Appeals Court hearing on his Election Interference Case, where he claims he has immunity and has asked that the charges be dismissed. And hanging over all this is whether the United States Supreme Court is going to step in and rule on the 14th Amendment, Section Three. The States of Colorado and Maine want Trump's name off their Primary Ballots. Whew! And this is just a short overview. I'll have more in the days to come. Former President Donald Trump repeated his Immigrants are "Poisoning our Blood" mantra as he tries to scare voters into supporting him. The phrase is directly from Hitler's autobiography. The Headlines are everywhere: The Washington Post: "A Trump dictatorship is increasingly inevitable. We should stop pretending." The Nation: "This is How Trump Becomes a Dictator." The Guardian: "The US could be under a rightwing dictator." Vanity Fair: "Trump Makes it Clear He'd be an Out and Out Dictator if Reelected in 2024." The Atlantic, The New York Times, and, of course, TV News have all written and produced stories that lay out how Trump's people plan to Hijack our Republic and chang our form of Government from Democratic to Dictatorship. Today, some of Trump's allies pushed back on social media. Senator JD Vance wrote, "Everyone needs to take a chill pill." Those seven words aren't comforting when all you have to do is log on to the PROJECT 2025 website. You can find a visible step-by-step plan to reshape the executive branch of the US Federal Government if Republicans/Trump wins the Presidential Election. The plan includes consolidating the power now shared by three branches of Government into a stronger Executive Branch. Hmmm? Rewriting the Constitution to destroy "Separation of Powers?" COLORADO, THE CONSTITUTION, AND TRUMP ON THE BALLOT OR NOT? The answer to the question is unknown at this moment in time. We know that a Colorado Judge ruled that Trump engaged in an Insurrection. That same judge ruled that he can remain on the ballot. But the case is now going to the Colorado Supreme Court on Appeal. That hearing will take place on December 6. Whatever is decided there, the final decision will rest with the U.S. Supreme Court. This case is going all the way. This podcast gives you some background and the current legal timeline. This is from NPR, "What we have witnessed from Trump over the last few weeks is something new," said Robert Jones, founder of the Public Religion Research Institute, or PRRI. "Trump has crossed into the domain of Nazi ideology openly." It's not like the Trump for President Campaign is trying to hide the "Former Guy's" desire to be a 21st-century American Hitler. A judge ruled last week that Donald Trump, his two sons, and his corporation are guilty of lying about what his property is worth. Justice Arthur Engoron’s decision found Trump committed “repeated and persistent fraud” on his financial statements, known as SFC’s, by overvaluing properties that enabled Trump’s company to rise to a worldwide brand. That civil trial begins today, Monday, October 2. But the trial only determines Penalities because the court has already found Trump Guilty.

SENATE LEADERS DID SOME PARLIMINTARY MANUVERING LAST WEEK TO BREAK THE APPOINTMENT BLOCKADE AND CONFIRM THE THREE MILITARY LEADERS. BUT HUNDREDS OF GENERALS AND ADMIRALS ARE STILL IN CONFIRMATION LIMBO.
AN AUTOWORKERS STRIKE, BIDEN'S ECONOMY, THE FIRST SON IS INDICTED ON GUN CHARGES. WHAT A WEEK, AND IT ISN'T OVER YET. AT MIDNIGHT, AUTOWORKER'S OVERWHELMING VOTED TO HOLD A "STAND-UP" STRIKE. THIS MEANS ALL UNION MEMBERS WILL NOT STRIKE AT THE SAME TIME. THE WEEK BEGAN WITH THE REPUBLICAN SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ANNOUNCING THERE WILL BE AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY INTO PRESIDENT BIDEN. THEY ARE NOT SURE THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE. DESPITE THE BAD NEWS ABOUT HIS SON, PRESIDENT BIDEN FOCUSED ON HIS ADMINISTRATION'S ECONOMIC SUCCESSES AT A WASHINGTON AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE. THE STUDENT-FILLED AUDIENCE LOVED HIM.
IT BEGAN IN AUGUST, NOT LONG AFTER A GEORGIA GRAND JURY INDICTED DONALD TRUMP AND 18 OTHERS ON RACKETEERING AND OTHER CHARGES RELATING TO 2020 ELECTION INTERFERENCE. THE REPUBLICAN-CONTROLLED HOUSE JUDICARY COMMITTEE LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION INTO FULTON COUNTY D.A. FANI WILLIS. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE. CONGRESSMAN JIM JORDAN SENT A LETTER TO WILLIS. HE DEMANDED ALL DOCUMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS IN THE CASE. THE DEADLINE, THURSDAY, SEPT. 7. INSTEAD OF DOCUMENTS, WILLIS RESPONDED WITH A BLISTERING, NINE-PAGE LETTER. WILLIS CALLED JORDAN'S ACTIONS "OFFENSIVE" ACCUSED HIM OF BEING "MISINFORMED." AND SAID IT'S "CLEAR THAT YOU LACK A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW, ITS PRACTICE, AND THE ETHICAL OBLIGATIONS OF ATTORNEYS GENERALLY AND PROSECUTORS SPECIFICIALLY." BOTTOM LINE, WILLIS'S LETTER TOLD JORDAN TO TAKE A LONG WALK OFF A SHORT PIER OR TO PUT IT BLUNTLY, DEAR JIMMY, "F ---OFF." CONSTITUTIONALLY YOURS, FANI WILLIS. THESE ARE MY WORDS, NOT A QUOTE.

The "Section Three" that is in the title is from the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Professors are Constitutional experts and members of the Conservative Federalist Society. They conclude that "Donal Trump is not eligible to hold the office of the Presidency. This quote is located at the end of their article. "At all events, if a President or former President of the United States; a current or former officer of the federal executive branch; a Member or former Member of Congress; a current or former state legislator or state executive official; or a current or former federal or state court judge, planned, supported, assisted, encouraged, endorsed, or aided in a material way those who engaged in the insurrection of January 6, or otherwise knowingly and willfully participated in a broader rebellion against the constitutional system, such persons are constitutionally disqualified from office. THE RUBY FREEMAN - SHAY MOSS STORY and THREE OF THE GEORGIA 18. Of all of the Georgia 18 and all the charges, the three that hit me in the gut were the defendants charged with harassing election workers, Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shay Moss. After all my years of working with election officials and covering election day stories, the Election Worker holds a special place in the democratic process and my heart. It's a thankless job, but thank goodness they do it. The horror stories Freeman and Moss told to the January 6 Committee were heartbreaking. The two Georgia Women were wrongly accused by Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani of stuffing ballot boxes and passing around illegal USB Drives. Then the death threats followed. Giuliani has already admitted, under oath, that he has NO Evidence that they did anything wrong. Harrison Floyd, Trevian Kutti, and Stephen Lee are three people who attempted to confront the two election workers physically. The trio are accused of Racketeering, Conspiracy to Commit Solicitation of False Statements and Writings, and Influencing Witnesses.
