The New Orleans Saints signings of Cedrick Wilson and Nathan Peterman may not be splashy, but they were necessary. Getting more wide receivers in the mix with Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed and A.T. Perry was a must. But these moves do seem to signify a soft rebuild wherein the Saints may look to build their depth and reserves through free agency and then build their future through the draft.

Nathan Peterman was a curious signing and Chase young is set to take his free agency visit with the Saints on Friday.
