They also spent R1.4 million on a kitchen upgrade, R54,000 to replace a curtain rail, and a staggering R50 million to ensure uninterrupted power supply for ministers and their deputies. These jaw-dropping expenses are part of the R93 million bill for maintaining their official residences. Some are questioning possible tender corruption and demanding further investigation.
