Today's SWAPA Number is 3. On our Contract 2020 Negotiating team, we call our core of scheduling SME's, SRC3. That's Scott Plyler, Dan O'Connor, and Meagan Nelan, who are the individuals most responsible for the complete rewrite of our work rules.
