The Carbondale Police Chief, Jody O’Guinn, told reporters at a February 18th press conference that Pravin likely had trouble finding his way out of the woods because of the “difficult terrain and low temperatures.”

The story the police officers told Lovely and her family about the day Pravin went missing was not accurate. Far from it, actually.
