In other prominent matches, The Golden Jets (Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega) defeated The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson), Swerve Strickland defeated "Hangman" Adam Page in a Texas Death match and in the opening bout, Sting, Darby Allin, and Adam Copeland defeated The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, and Nick Wayne) in a Six-man tag team match.
The event was also notable for Will Ospreay officially signing with AEW, although his contact with New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) expires in February 2024.
