Chef Gerard Klass is riding high on a wave of momentum. Soul Bowl is kicking out beautiful, hip-hop inspired soul food at multiple locations in MPLS (including Target Center!), The Camden Social and C.R.E.A.M. Cafe are full-steam ahead, and Klassics Kitchen + Cocktails is soon to join the fray.
