On October 21st, 2021, Alec Baldwin accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured Director Joel Souza. Alec Baldwin has subsequently been charged with involuntary manslaughter, which, if convicted, could land him in jail for up to 18 months.

The trial begins on Tuesday, July 10th, 2024. Hannah Gutierrez was the armorer on set who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for failing to identify that the prop gun was loaded with a live bullet instead of a dummy round. She is scheduled to be transported from custody on Saturday, July 13th, 2024.

Does this mean she might be on the witness stand even though use immunity was not granted to her by the judge?

Jury Selection was completed on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, with the jury consisting of 11 women and 5 men.
