Things have been bleak of late. I talk about some of the negativity on the show, which parts have been far, and which parts I might owe an apology for. We join this game in the seventh as Cleveland is getting shellacked by a Detroit Tigers offense that has been historically bad this year. I talk about the podcast and answer some user questions and respond to comments.

Next, we talk about the game tonight. It was a brutal affair that saw no one reach base more than once and every pitcher struggle outside of the great Sandy Leon. Listen, it was not a fun game, but it had its fun moments.

I talk about the state of the roster and what I would do if I was in charge. There are a lot of strong pieces in place, but there are some easy ways to make things better. We also again talk about how starting pitching is still the biggest weakness for this team outside of catcher. We continue to focus on Pablo Lopez and his 2.5 years of control as the pitcher who would be of greatest use for the Guardians due to his style, success, and years of control.
