A man was shot and wounded in front of the Fulton Grocery Sunday morning. The shooter initially fled the scene but turned himself in that afternoon. Fulton Police Chief Ethan Elmore said the shooting happened about 9 a.m. Reginald McFadden of Fulton was shot twice in his lower body with a pistol by Xavier Agee. McFadden’s wounds were not lifethreatening, Elmore said. He was treated and re- leased later Sunday at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. Both men are from Fulton and both know each other, Elmore said.
