Today's case, Jill has a new neighbor, a young fun girl. The new neighbor was very excited about what a great deal she got on the rent, so excited that she told Jill how low it was. Jill asked the landlord why she was paying so much more than the new tenant for basically the same apartment. He said it wasn't any of her concern. Then Jill saw the new tenant getting a little to close with the married landlord! What should Jill do?
