After a long wait, Carmen and Bosley are back to talk about consumer spending. Not just any aspect of consumerism, they want to understand branding and marketing. Why and how people become obsess with a certain brand. They will also peak into the future to discuss Generation Z and Generation Alpha's interact with brands.
Its a new year and its time to find new friends. Carmen and Bosley are trying to determine the best way to start a conversation with a staranger. At the same time, trying to figure out the wrose way to start a conversation. They will discus why the most popular ice breaker is one which most people chose not to answer.
For our last episode of the year. We have decided to explore the world of Holiday films to find out what makes a good one. And not when we say Holiday we are talking about all Holidays from Valentine day to Christmas.
Homelessness has been an issue for years in the United States, multiple programs have been enacted to reduce homelessness, countless Nonprofits have been created, and billions of dollars is spent every year to mitigate this situation. Carmen and Bosley are interested in examining some of these program and figure out why the majority fail. Then they will talk about the few successful homeless reduction programs.
To conclude Political Month. Bosley and Carmen, will try to answer the age old question: Why do Politician lie and do we actually care?
It's political month!! Carmen and Bosley are interested in figuring out how to increase diversity among local politicians. They will examine pay, legislative calendar, and personality types to figure out which factors prevent most people from running for office. While providing insight on what changes could be made in order to change the status quo. Finally, they will answer the main question: Is Carmen running for office?
Small electronic repair shops used to be common in the United States but now they are a relic of the past. This decline mirror a decline in repair books, hardware shops, and other repair related services for the average Joe fix-it person. Is this a coincident or is something else going on behind the scene. Carmen and Bosley are on the case.
Credit agency and credit scores have been around forever, atlest that is what most people think. Carmen and Bosely are not so easily tricked and will dig into the history of the modern credit system.

Everyday, we pick and chose businesses to interact with for a multitude of services. Carmen and Bosely is interested in understanding why we chose one business over another when we know nothing about either business. This question leads to another question: Once found, how does a person determine if the business is right for them to use?
Carmen and Bosley would like to figure out who's intelligence reign supreme. First step, figure out the best way to measure intelligence. An according to most people the best way to do that is with an IQ test. But instead of taking an IQ test, your host would prefer to discuss its history, how it has change over the years, and if it useful as an intelligence measurement device.
Earth Day might have past, however it doesn't mean Carmen and Bosely are not interested in analyzing environmental issues. Single use plastic play a key role in most people's lives. The determine how you shop, what you consume, and most importantly how you dispose of an item. Now, it is time to understand how this noble environmental act led the world in the opposite direction. Carmen is now a homeowner. However, she still has some unfinish buisness with the rental market and has asked Bosely to join her to figure out the who, what, when, and how on yearly rent increase. At the sametime, they will try to figure out if it is possible to get rid of this systemic feature which was built into the rental market.
Carmen and Bosely will engage in a lively debate on how shopping and how it is a big part of the American holiday experience.
The average American claims they would prefer term limits on politicians. However, voting record shows most American are not just ok with career politicians they prefer career politicians. Bosley and Carmen are dig deep to understand why this contradiction exist. At the same time, they will dive into why politicians have a hard time voting for minimum wage increases and other social economic programs.
Carmen and Bosley are interested in figure out what make a calendar and why are they important. They will discuss the history of the calendar along with discussing other specialty calendars.
The United States has a shortage of homes according to the experts. The reasons for this shortage differs based on the source's agenda. Carmen and Bosely will take a critical look at a few of these sources and the multiple facets of the real estate market. Over the course of the episode their search for a cause will take them from Wall Street to Main Street.
