About

Ian Gilligan creates profoundly resilient humans.

We get into it with another Enlifted pirate gangster colleague of mine.

I first learned of Ian by watching this ridiculous homie talking in an Irish accent on Instagram about all the ways we can use words to our advantage. I later learned this homie was an American and one of the top Enlifted coaches in the field. Ian uses his breath work and language ninja skills for good in the Kettlebell Collective, teaching folks how to swing a kettlebell and integrate proper breathing into their practice.

They go all around the country and host digital courses as well so you can keep fit and learn the proper technique to crush the fitness game like a true gangster. He also has a sick language program for parents as well. Check the timestamps below for all the radness mapped out. We chat about breathing, what the modern education system is missing and who would win in a duel, T-Swift or Bieber... okay I'm embellishing that that one... we do talk about those two though! Check out all the rad shit Ian's up to:
