Baldur’s Gate 3. Polygon reports that a new epilogue introduced in patch 5 canonizes Bing Bong, a fan-favorite NPC from the one-shot run by Mark Hulmes starring the cast.


Dave the Diver. Destructoid reports that Game Awards host Geoff Keighley addressed why Dave the Diver was nominated for Best Indie Game, despite its development studio being a part of Nexon. Keighley argued that the dev team was small and the game likely had a small budget, but ultimately it was determined by judges “[using] their best judgment.”


Dragon’s Dogma 2. Capcom premiered a showcase of the upcoming title, giving an overview of the story, the character creator, bonuses in the deluxe edition, and some new additions to character options. The game is set to release on March 22, 2024.


Pathfinder 2nd Edition Remaster. Polygon reports in an exclusive preview from Paizo on Howl of the Wild, the first new book published since the edition’s remaster. Part bestiary, part player supplement, the book tries to further distinguish Pathfinder from Dungeons & Dragons. Archetypes from the book include the Wild Mimic (basically Blanka), Swarmkeeper, and Werecreature.


Rusty’s Retirement. GamesRadar reports that Rusty’s Retirement is a charming idle farm-sim that revolves around building a network of tiny farming machines to assist with running your farm. The game is set to launch in Q1 2024 on Steam.


Unity. Reuters reports that the embattled engine provider is terminating its agreement with Weta FX, only two years after purchasing Weta’s technology and engineering division. The termination will result in the layoff of 265 employees as Unity undergoes a “company reset.”
