When former Presidents leave the White House they have the absolute constitutional right to declassify anything they want for any reason they want.  Attorney Mike Davis says it’s an absolute right under the Presidential Records Act and they have the absolute right to take any copies of records, classified or not.  When Trump took his classified Presidential records to Mar-a-Lago it was permitted.  When Biden stole Obama’s classified Presidential records and records when he was the Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Biden broke the law.  Taking records is a very serious crime and it violates the Espionage Act to have classified documents outside an unauthorized location.  Why hasn’t the House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed AG Merrick Garland?  He’ll tell them they can’t interfere in a DOJ investigation.  Mike Davis says that’s true, but covering up for the President is not a legitimate investigation. That is a cover-up.
