The "Wonderful Counselor" is the Planner of Marvels who is the author of a marvelous salvation. This salvation is Spirit-powered and is for everyone. This marvelous salvation cuts to the core of our innermost thoughts and pierces our heart. We should be looking for, paying attention to, what the Spirit is up to and what He has for us to do.
