Hi again!  Thank you for coming back to check out Episode 2 of Great Vibes with Liz DeFinnis!  In this episode, I introduce the information on rewriting your mindset surrounding the topic of perfectionism!  I cover the topics of mom guilt, procrastination, low self-esteem, and OCD tendencies as well as methods of coping and managing the issues triggered by perfectionism.  



There are a few short moments of poor audio in this recording.  I apologize for this and was unable to edit out those clips.  Overall, the content of this episode far outweighs the short periods of poor audio so I opted to go ahead and put this episode in the world with all the beautiful imperfections!
