Last night, the Mets won a game in classic Mets fashion, except... by Mets fashion, I mean that this was just about the most Mets way to lose that I've ever seen, except they won! Is it an omen? Are the cruxes and curses finally ready to be lifted from this godforsaken team after all this time in the doldrums?! Please let it be true!
