Ten weeks into the year, New York is leading the nation in fire deaths, at 46. Firefighters are now calling on lawmakers in Albany to make changes, starting with more building inspections. WCBS Reporter Steve Burns spoke with John D'Allesandro, with the Firefighters Association of the State of New York.
