The Brigham City Council approved a request to redraw the property lines in the IMT subdivision on north Main Street, and has granted allowances for the business to keep in place existing iron parking lot barriers which are encroaching on the city sidewalk right of way. Previously, the two parcels in the subdivision, located at approximately 816 North Main, formerly the Hansen Chevrolet dealership, had property lines drawn closely around IMT’s new office building, with the second lot encompassing the rest of the old car dealership property.
