The Box Elder High School softball team came out of the gates on fire to begin the year as the team picked up five wins in their first six games. The Bees bested Mountain Crest, 9-5, and Spring Creek, 19-0, before losing to Taylorsville, 3-1. The team came back with three more wins, topping Riverton, 6-5, West Jordan, 4-2, and Timpanogos, 15-1.
