Tara Roche from Box Elder Strong appeared before the county commission on Wednesday, asking permission for her group to use the courthouse grounds to a 5K charity race. “We invite all of the nonprofits that are present in Box Elder County to come and share their resources with our citizens, and we do a 5K for a fundraiser,” said Roche.
