The prophet Amos told us what the end time would be like:
 
Amos 5
 
14 Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken.
 
15 Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.
 
16 Therefore the LORD, the God of hosts, the Lord, saith thus; Wailing shall be in all streets; and they shall say in all the highways, Alas! alas! and they shall call the husbandman to mourning, and such as are skilful of lamentation to wailing.
 
17 And in all vineyards shall be wailing: for I will pass through thee, saith the LORD.
 
18 Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
 
19 As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
 
20 Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?

Remember in 2020 when Coronavirus covered the entire earth and how tired we became being shut up in our own houses? 
 
The end times will be one problem after another.
 
Many will fall away from God.  (Mt. 24:12)
 
Matthew 24:21-22  (Jesus says)  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
 
This will be a time unlike any time that has come before.  The evil of man will be very great.

 
Clinging to God and walking in God's wisdom will be our goal.
 
The book of Proverbs alerts us to the wisdom of God.

 Proverbs 4
 
(Living uncompromising lives with integrity, in peace) 
 
1 Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding.
 
2 For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law.
 
(I Corinthians 10:11  Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.)
 
The little foxes spoil the vine. (Song of Solomon 2:15)  The little sins lead us to destruction so we must not yield to those small things which eat away at the Word of God, for integrity is eaten away in small bites.
 
When we brush against the sayings of man, which are not the sayings of God, I often pray:  
 
Psalm 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
 
And God restores my soul.

3 For I was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother.
 
4 He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.
 
5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of MY mouth.
 
6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
 
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
 
(James 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all liberally and upbraideth not, and it shall be given him.)
 
Read the Bible for it is the way of wisdom.  Go in the way of scriptures.  Live by scriptures.  Make the scriptures a part of your life by doing them and continuing in them in spite of the situation.

8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
 
9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
 
10 Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
 
11 I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.
 
12 When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.

13 Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.
 
14 Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil.
 
15 Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
 
(Be sure to do this!)
 
16 For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.
 
17 For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.

18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
 
19 The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.
 
(Wicked according to Bible:  

I Cor. 6:9-10  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers (those who speak in a vile way, abusing others with their speaking), nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.)

20 My son, attend to MY words; incline thine ear unto MY sayings.
 
(attend to: pay attention to; focus carefully on until you automatically do the instructions)
 
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
 
22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
 
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
 
(Building your house on the word of God.)

24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.
 
(froward:  stubbornly unruly)
 
(perverse lips: willfully turned away from instruction from God to follow another way)
 
25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
 
26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
 
27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

It will get much worse in the days ahead on this earth.
 
No wonder Jesus said:  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
 
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.  (Mt. 24:21-22)
 
We must learn to operate in God's wisdom, obeying the Holy Scriptures.
 
Joshua 1:8  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
 
Please keep this writing and all these concepts and scriptures before you and meditate on these things and be sure you are making proper adjustments to your life.
