Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Akia talked about purpose during this interview and especially how it goes beyond the "papers" and the things that have to be done within the business.  This was recorded during the actual conference so it was great to hear her mission and purpose for the organization but even more to see how it manifested during the conference.
