Jehovah Hashopet - The Lord the Judge

Judgement is not an element of God’s character. It is a response to the choices of His creation, and is always gracious, merciful, and loving towards us.

For the Lord is our judge,
The Lord is our lawgiver,
The Lord is our king;
He will save us—

The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
