Although he dropped out of school at a young age, Scott Huggins (Magill Estate Restaurant and Kitchen) found himself at home in a commercial kitchen. It led to amazing experiences home and abroad before the chance to take over one of the most renowned establishments downunder. A decade later and he’s become one of the nation’s best chefs and restaurateurs.
