Daily Wisdom  – Motivational Podcast – Day 337 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond

If you want to be successful in your life and if you want to succeed in growth, in understanding, knowledge, and changing your future, you need to fix time for what you do. For instance, in the concept of prayer. Prayers cannot just be said wherever, whenever, or however. Now, you do have the option to pray whenever you wish; but you should have a fixed time on a daily basis of when you want to pray and when you need to pray.

The one things to pray for are the things that will help you develop a relationship with the universe and you will get to where you want to be. However, the need to pray, the ambition that each human being has at any given time to have a part of the world, and to be part of the growth of the world, is to establish a relationship with the Creator.

You may say, “I don’t believe in the Creator, and I don’t want to pray.” Fine, if this is your feeling. But each and every one of us, in time of need, pray. You don’t want to pray out of desperation. You want to pray out of inspiration. You don’t want to wait until things are so terrible, difficult, and challenging that you’re now forced to pray and ask for what you need.

Why not pray on a regular basis? Pray for the goodness that you will receive and that you want to receive. Pray for the seasons to be on your side and pray for the guidance to be given to you and to show you where to go. Pray for the sunshine to be in your life. And pray for the good things at all time for each and every person who’s around you. Pray for good health. But all these prayers should be at a “fixed time”.

You may want to reserve at least a moment in the morning, in the afternoon, and a moment at night. This will cover all three aspects of your lives. The morning before you start the day, the middle of the day while involved in your work, and the evening before going to sleep. Fixed time in prayers gives you the ability to grow and always measure the level of where you are, during the moment when you ask or when you start thinking where you want to be.

A fixed time is necessary if you’re serious about prayers and if you’re serious about your life. It’s not an obligation to some people, but it is certainly a highly recommended concept that you should consider. Prayer is something that use to as develope a relationship with the creator of this world.

Whomever you may be, wherever you may be, a prayer is necessary so that you can establish that relationship; and keep it going at all times. This should be done at a “fixed time”.
