Once we know something needs to change, we come to how willing are we to change it. Ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10, how willing are you to take action, 1 being, not at all and 10 being, oh yes, I am all in? If you are less than a 5, you will most likely not take action. If you still really want to do this? Then ask yourself what is one thing you could do to raise your willingness 1 point higher.
