Every Good Friday, we pause to remember what Jesus did for us on the cross. Have you ever wondered why Jesus chose the cross?

Corporate punishment happened in different ways, but the cross was reserved for special circumstances. Jesus could have died for our sins in other ways, so why the cross?  When we understand the purpose of the cross, we understand the great love that God showed us on Good Friday!
