Morning Mantra: “Say what you mean, mean what you say.”

You can say you’re sorry a million times.  You can say I love you as much as you want.  You can say whatever you want, whenever you want to. But if you’re not going to prove the things that you say are true, then don’t say anything at all. Because if your actions don’t show it, your words don’t mean a thing.  

An important lesson we must learn in life is to not say things that we don’t mean. Don’t lie in order to satisfy somebody for a moment, because the pain that you will cause can last a lifetime.
