In this crazy life we often find ourselves: 



-Pushing the limits, holding ourselves and others to high expectations (often leading to disappointment), sleeping less, eating more, making excuses, battling chronic health issues, yo-yo dieting, feeling lost and consumed by all the things, trying to cope with our mental health, pleasing everyone else, apologizing, saying "yes," etc... 



Any of this sound familiar? Sadly, I know for many of us, a lot of it feels all too familiar. 



We push ourselves so far, expecting too much from ourselves, trying to please other people and worrying way too much about opinions, drama, and other things that don't serve us; it's TOXIC!



We are under so much stress this day in age and we are put on auto-pilot and expected to just go through the motions and push through because why? It's become normal to be stressed out... 



It's become normal to become numb to problems sleeping, migraines, anxiety, irritability, eating poorly, being sedentary, medications, etc etc etc. 



You see?! We need to change this, your health is at risk! So many of the problems we face cause stress and we allow ourselves to fall into the trap and although we can't completely eliminate it, we CAN slow it down and refocus on how we react to it. 



It's time to clean up and get rid of the toxins. Today we discuss ways that you can begin to eliminate stress and illness and improve your health and your mood and your well-being- for YOU!



This is a topic that's not discussed enough, it's swept under the rug and accepted by society as "normal." It's not! Let's normalize de-stress and detox; our bodies and minds depend on it.
