Former Chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC), Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, has strongly advocated for the education of judges on the voting process, stressing its importance in handling election-related cases. Speaking at the Constitution Day Public Lecture on Monday, January 8, 2024, Dr. Afari-Gyan highlighted that while judges possess knowledge of the law and the constitution regarding elections, there might be gaps requiring specific education in this domain.
