I used to use the term “Change Agent” when I described myself and what I do. I thought about using the term “Growth Agent”, but there is too much controversy around the term growth agent when talking about chemicals, biological research, and nutrition, so I won’t use that, but I am an Agent of Growth.
So let me ask you this question, do you really feel as though you need to change? Or is it that you really need to grow? There is a big difference between change and growth. A plant might change its colors with the seasons, but what it is ultimately doing is growing. Growing into something new, refined, evolved.
So what are you doing? Are you growing? Are you evolving? Or do you really need to change? Think about that. Is it change that you need, or growth? And are they the same? There can be a minor difference in that whole philosophy.
“There are moments when troubles enter our lives and we can do nothing to avoid them. But they are there for a reason. Only when we have overcome them will we understand why they were there. ~Paulo Coelho
