About

"I just want to be happy!" Does this sound like you? Happiness and finding contentment in life; job; and our relationships seems to be our primary goal. But happiness and contentment are fleeting, they change with our seasons. What made you happy in one season of life (ex: An ice cream cone for a 6 year old) isn't going to have that same level of happiness in a different season of life (the fancy home or car at 40). This year an addition to the family might bring you happiness, while a few years ago you found contentment in your new position at work. The purpose of life is perpetual growth. Find contentment in your efforts to grow and watch the fruits of your labors be your happiness.

“The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the economy, or the President. You realize that you control your own destiny.” ~Albert Ellis

Seek nourishment for your mind; knowledge. Your mind is hungry and seeks growth; new insights and intellect; new ideas and developments. Seek potential for growth in your conscious life.
