How do plants survive in contaminated soil? They don't. They get sick and die if the soil is contaminated or malnourished...

What about you? Is your soil malnourished, or contaminated? Let’s just say that  your soul is equivalent to soil;  are you psychologically contaminated? Are you hurting, depressed, angry, filled with anxiety? Are you psychically broken? Is your life a mess? If you are nodding your head yes, then I’d encourage you to seek help immediately. Why waste another moment in that contaminated soil! Would you take better care of a tree or a plant if it was rotting away in soil that was damaged? Aren’t you worth more than a plant?

How did the soil of your life become contaminated in the first place? These are hard questions to answer, so I’d say to you to seek a professional mental health expert. Coaching is one thing, but therapy is essential when our soul is damaged.
