Welcome to the first episode of Unfiltered Friday, the real talk, weekly companion to Hope is NOT a Plan podcast! Today, I'm diving into the seven pillars I shared earlier in the week and providing one actionable exercise for each.

  • Ownership: Write three things you want to improve on
  • Mindfulness: Take three deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth)
  • Movement: Commit to moving at least 10 minutes today
  • Boundaries: Pick one thing to say "No" to this weekend
  • Connection: Call someone you love or haven't spoken to in a while
  • Sleep: Practice good sleep hygiene one night this weekend
  • Faith: Give thanks to something bigger than you and get out into nature
