Six nationally-ranked teams are on the road as narrow favorites this weekend and AP Poll newcomer, Colorado, hosts Nebraska in an anticipated face off between first-year coaches Deion Sanders and Matt Rhule.
Texas-Alabama is the lone matchup involving top 10 teams and has been billed all offseason as one of college football’s games of the year. Alabama takes the nation’s longest home winning streak (20) into Saturday’s showdown and a win for the Crimson Tide would be an early statement following an offseason of doubt.
